When there is too much distance from where you are to where you want to be frustration, anger, despair and hopelessness can set in. You need to feel relief. What you are living now is the indicator of your thoughts and vibration. The present circumstances are the result of past thoughts, feelings and actions. You create less distance between where you are and where you would like to be by changing your thoughts and therefore your vibration. Feeling negative and focusing on what you do not like about your present situation only attracts more of the same into your life. Doing nothing and not taking action keeps you just where you are. In order to change the present circumstances you need to start with acceptance. The present situation is your indicator of where you are, when your car runs low on gas you don't just sit there and stay stuck but you would go to the gas station and put more gas in your car. The empty tank is just an indicator, nothing more and nothing less. Sometimes we make too much out of our present circumstances. We need to see it as just an indicator like the temperture reading on a thermometer. Where you are right now doesn't really matter. Imagine being a photographer in a dark room processing a photo. The blank paper becomes a photo before your very eyes. It is what we are becoming that we must stay focused on. How do we get relief in the transition from where we are to where we would like to be.
1. Acceptance. Learn to accept your present circumstance as an indicator.
2. Shift your attention and vibration to a different indicator. Concentrate on your vision; where you are headed. Stay focused on what you are creating.
3. Make peace with where you are through gratitude. Where you are is okay.
4. Take the attention away from the negative thought. Distract yourself from what is. Focus on other things that make you feel good. Place your attention on things that make you happy.
5.Figure out a way to go with the flow, to flow downstream and remove resistance. Change your thoughts and words to positive statements and consciously cancel the negative thoughts. It is the day to day responses to what is going on that determines if you move forward with the flow or with resistance.
6. Remember you are in a state of becoming
7. Acknowledge that you are doing all you can and all you can do is enough. Continue to take action and allow that to be enough.
8. Understand that your are just where you are and this is NOT a reflection of who you are.
Does making peace with where you are bring up fear that if you accept where you are you will be stuck in that distasteful place. Actually if you make peace with where you are, accept, have gratitude, stay focused on your vision and continue to take action you will achieve your wildest dreams. Keep dreaming, think positive thoughts, feel your passion, take action and bring your dreams into reality.
Many Blessings

The HEART of the matter
At some point in our lives, or perhaps at many points in our lives, we ask “who am I?” We are searching beyond our names, addresses and careers. It is a search into the layers beneath the surface of our external persona. It could be a need for a deeper sense of purpose in our lives or perhaps we are facing a challenge such as overeating, abusive, codependent relationships or overspending. In either case it is the connection to “who” we are, our inner wisdom and truth that will give us the answer.
In this search we look for the one thing that will fill the void, make us happy, feel free and fulfilled. We search outside of self to find the answer and it is here all the time a breath away in our own heart, mind and spirit. We are searching for external things, people and places to make us feel whole but what we are really searching for is answered by knowing self more intimately.
On the journey to re-connect with self find the destination, empowerment.
